When the headquarters creates a transfer order, it does not mean that the store has delivered the goods, nor does it mean that another store has received it. The transfer needs to have at least the status of planned, issued, in transit and received, and the quantity difference must also be explained. If the inventory on both sides is updated according to the requested quantity at the same time, transportation damage or shortage of goods will not appear until the inventory is taken, and there will be no evidence when tracing.
Start from demand
The actual quantity, packaging and batch will be recorded in the shipment, and the recipient will check the actual quantity. Differences enter the processing process, photos or necessary explanations are saved, and the responsibility and processing results are confirmed by the corresponding personnel. Transfer revocation is limited to the operable stage, and issued documents cannot be simply deleted. The document is associated with inventory changes, and no second deduction will be generated when the same operation is submitted repeatedly.
Things that should be paid attention to in the design
For example, if ten boxes are planned to be allocated, nine boxes are actually sent out, and one box is confirmed to be damaged upon receipt, the planned, sent and intact sellable quantities should be recorded separately. The report can show which link the difference occurs without merging all changes into one quantity modification. Cross-unit transfers use the verified conversion relationship.
Check the processing results item by item
- Acceptance checks partial shipments, partial receipts, cross-day transportation and repeated confirmations.
- The two parties have different permissions, and the shipping store cannot modify the verification results of the receiving store without authorization.
- The notification points to the pending task and stops the reminder after it is completed.
- After the allocation is completed, the historical track will be retained, and corresponding business records will be created after subsequent returns, so that both stores and the headquarters can explain why the inventory has changed.
Check the processing results
When the allocation discrepancy is not resolved, the page will prompt the confirmed quantity used in the current inventory, and the receiving store will not be allowed to complete the application quantity on its own. When subsequent out-of-stock reissues are received, associated records are established, the original difference processing can be checked, and the accounts of both parties can correspond to the same business path.
