The transfer or resignation of personnel will also affect account permissions and unfinished work. Simply deactivating the account may leave the to-do unattended, and directly rewriting the historical person in charge will lose the original process. Therefore, the account status and business handover need to be handled separately.

Organizational model

Departments, positions and specific personnel should be managed separately, and part-time or cross-department collaboration methods should be agreed upon. The organizational structure is used to express business relationships, and it is not appropriate to use department names as the only authority basis for all information.

Personnel handover

Resignation, transfer and account deactivation will affect to-do and data ownership, and the system should provide confirmation and handover entrances. Deactivating an account cannot directly delete its historical operations, otherwise the old records will be difficult to interpret.

Maintenance Responsibilities

Organizational information needs to clearly identify the main maintenance source, such as an existing personnel system or confirmation by the administrator. It is easy to conflict when multiple entries modify the same relationship at the same time. The synchronization direction and effective time should be agreed upon during integration.

Scenario verification

It can simulate a to-do task after the person in charge is transferred to another position, and check the task handover and historical record ownership. The new person in charge needs necessary information, and the operations of the original personnel should still be retained. The handover cannot be completed by modifying all historical persons in charge.

Specific verification method

After deactivating the account, try the operation with the old session and confirm that it is restricted; new positions can continue to be processed after the pending transfer; historical operations retain the identity of the original personnel; when the department scope changes, check the query, export and attachment entries at the same time, not only check whether the login page is available.

The current person in charge is handed over and the historical record is retained of the current operator. The two-level relationships are maintained separately, and organizational changes will not cause the person responsible for the unfinished work to lose, nor will it erase the processing that has already occurred.
