The preview image looks natural, but it does not mean that the mouth shape, voice and movements of the entire video are coordinated. Changes in speaking speed, pauses, and longer sentences may expose different problems, and acceptance requires playing the complete clip. The focus of observation is not only whether the mouth is moving, but also whether the speech and pauses are consistent, whether the movements are abrupt after the sound ends, and whether the subtitles reveal the following content first.

Start from needs

Select test drafts containing short sentences, long sentences, numbers and professional words, and retain review marks. The voice first confirms the pronunciation, and then checks the picture synchronization to avoid repeated visual adjustments while the audio track is still being modified. Actual viewing on different devices and players, especially the experience with mobile phone speakers and headphones. More complex background sounds may obscure speech, but keep the message clear during mixing.

Things that should be paid attention to in the design

For example, a pause in the training video should be coordinated with the screen to show the operation steps, and the mouth should no longer continue to speak; reading time should also be allowed for subtitle segments. If a term is not pronounced appropriately, you can modify the pronunciation description or change the expression instead of expecting the viewer to guess on their own.

Check the processing results one by one

  • The problem list marks the time point, phenomenon and the parts you want to modify to facilitate the production staff’s positioning.
  • Review adjacent segments after regeneration to ensure that the repair does not introduce new connection problems.
  • The final file is saved according to the version, and there is no need to overwrite the confirmed film with the preview file.
  • Write the acceptance conclusion on the applicable frame and playback environment, and check again when converting to other ratios later, instead of keeping the default quality consistent.

Check the processing results

When splicing the short film, check the posture of the joints and the sound background. If a single segment is qualified, the connection may be unnatural. Timestamps are retained until the final version, so the production team can clearly confirm which issues have been fixed and avoid looking at just one modified screenshot.
