Satisfaction is affected by results, waits and user expectations. A score can only provide clues and cannot directly explain which link has the problem, nor is it suitable to be used as a basis for personnel evaluation alone.

Difficulties in actual use

Associate the evaluation with the work order topic, processing time and opinion classification, allowing customers to explain the reasons; distinguish between unevaluated and negative evaluations, and control repeated invitations.

How to arrange functions and responsibilities

For example, if the problem is solved but the wait is long, the improvement direction may be the queuing prompt and coordination mechanism; product limitations cannot meet the demand, and it should not be entirely attributed to customer service expressions.

Scenario example

Check the invitation triggering time and check whether evaluations are collected prematurely after reopening the work order; combine specific records during analysis to limit the visibility of personal data and avoid public ranking humiliation.

Check the processing results one by one

  • Evaluation records can distinguish problem results, communication experience and waiting feelings. The question design should be as short as possible, so customers do not need to write long forms for evaluation.
  • When negative opinions enter specific improvement matters, the person in charge and the content to be reviewed should be clearly stated, and avoid just summarizing monthly scores.
  • An unfinished fault cannot be closed directly just because the customer has given a positive review. The processing and evaluation are two related but different records.
  • For teams with small samples or different invitation frequencies, scores should not be directly compared horizontally.
  • Applicable authorization should be obtained and personal information should be processed before comments are publicly displayed, and internal reviews should only be viewed by necessary personnel.
  • The evaluation results can help discover service problems, but you still need to go back to the work order facts to confirm the cause.

Verification and continuous maintenance

Customers can be allowed to skip the evaluation invitation without affecting subsequent services. When manually checking opinions, first look for areas that can be improved. Customers are not required to modify their scores to end the work order. Service results and feedback processing should leave separate traces.
