Service file permissions cannot be accomplished by hiding menus alone. The list, detail interface and file export provide information respectively. Any entry that misses range verification may invalidate job restrictions, and the access boundaries need to be checked according to real requests.
Position Matrix
Use real work tasks to sort out permissions and list the viewing, input, modification and export requirements of each position in each module. Permissions are not simply divided into two levels: administrators and ordinary users. Cross-regional access also requires a clear scope.
Sensitive operations
Batch export, file merging and important data modification should be discussed separately. The absence of buttons on the page does not mean that access to the interface has been restricted. Authorization checks need to be performed on the server and key actions recorded.
Audit query
Audit records should be able to answer who performed what type of operation at what time. The recorded content must have a purpose to avoid copying the original sensitive data directly into the log; querying the log itself also requires configuring access permissions.
Scenario check
Permission check should include direct request details, export and modification interfaces, not just switching page menus. If a position is only responsible for one area, data from other areas should not be obtained after the query conditions are modified.
Specific verification method
Use an account that is only responsible for the first area to modify the details request number to confirm that the files in the second area cannot be read; directly request the export interface to check that the file cannot be obtained if there is no permission; call the old query again after the job is transferred to check whether the cache returns data according to the new permission range.
The permission matrix describes both the data scope and the operation type. Pages and interfaces use consistent rules, and permission revocation also affects cache and download portals to maintain data boundaries between posts.
