After the audience clicks to purchase and sees a successful animation, it does not necessarily mean that the payment has been confirmed. The disconnect between order status and payment results will affect delivery, refunds and customer service explanations.
Difficulties in actual use
Update the order with the server confirmation result, handle callback duplication, timeout and active query; the live event number is associated with the product order, but the payment information is not disclosed in the interactive area.
How to arrange functions and responsibilities
For example, if the user exits the page immediately after payment, the backend should still receive the results correctly; when the network is interrupted, it will be displayed as being processed and an order query entry will be provided instead of directly determining failure.
Scenario example
Simulate repeated callbacks, page closing and refund scenarios, and check that the amount, inventory and status are consistent; failed retries cannot generate multiple identical orders, and after-sales activities must also be traceable to the source.
Check the processing results item by item
- The order needs to have a clear unique number, and the activity and product range are saved as snapshots. Later modifications to the activity page will not change the content that has been purchased.
- When processing duplicate messages, the payment callback should identify the same transaction to avoid repeated inventory deductions or repeated issuance of viewing qualifications.
- The refund status is also based on the actual processing results. Approval of the application does not mean that the money has been received.
- Necessary transaction information and failure reasons can be viewed on the customer service page. Sensitive payment information is not widely displayed on the live broadcast management page.
- Compare order, payment and equity records during reconciliation, and any differences found will be entered into the processing queue.
- After the event, orders must still be independently checkable, and after-sales access cannot be lost because the live broadcast room is closed.
Verification and continuous maintenance
After the refund is completed, check whether the rights and interests are revoked according to the corresponding rules, while retaining the entrance for customers to inquire about transactions. Closing the event page does not affect the existence of accounting records, and customer service can still explain the original product and the conditions of use at that time.
