Before pictures and voices enter the business process, they need to be identified, confirmed and field converted. The text extracted by the machine can assist in input, and key data should be marked with confirmation status. Personnel should also be able to review the original input and correction process.
Business Goals
Clear whether the input is used for data identification, content question and answer, or interactive services. Different goals require different output formats. First determine acceptable results and manual verification methods, and then design complex interactive interfaces.
Input checking
Control file type, size and processing permissions, retaining necessary source information. There may be errors in text extraction or recognition results, and it is necessary to provide verification and correction access in key operations.
Output boundary
The system should explain which content comes from recognition and which belongs to model generation. The generation description cannot be directly regarded as an objective record. When it comes to business execution, it still needs to go through rule verification and appropriate confirmation.
Scenario verification
For example, the text in the picture needs to be verified by business personnel after being extracted, and the correction results remain relevant to the original input. Before entering subsequent approval or data entry, the system should distinguish between machine identification content and confirmed business information.
Specific verification method
Upload images containing difficult-to-recognize text, and check that the original image can be compared with the extracted content; manually correct the sources of reserved fields; unconfirmed key values do not directly trigger controlled actions; there is a retry or text supplement entry when speech recognition fails, and empty content cannot be displayed but press success to continue.
Multi-modal input reduces the input burden and should also retain verifiable evidence. The original input, recognition results and confirmed values are associated respectively, so that subsequent handlers can reasonably use the verified information.
