Large model data permissions need to be implemented at the retrieval and caching layer. The front-end hidden document list cannot prevent the backend from returning restricted content, and the shared cache cannot be read by all accounts by default. Answers and references need to follow the current identity scope.
Authorization source
First clarify the user identity, organizational relationship and data scope. The model itself cannot replace the authorization system in making decisions. The business application obtains a reliable identity when processing the request, and then passes the accessible scope to the relevant service.
Search restrictions
Searchable data must be filtered according to the scope of authorization. You cannot first retrieve all the content and then ask the model not to disclose it. Answers, source links, and caching all need to take the same permissions into account to avoid another entry to bypass restrictions.
Change processing
After employee positions are changed or data permissions are adjusted, cache and index queries should use the current rules. The test needs to cover cross-department questions and unauthorized references, and not only check whether normal questions and answers can be returned.
Scenario Check
You can ask the same question using two accounts with different data ranges to check whether the answers and references are restricted respectively. Simply hiding entries from the front-end document list is not enough, both the retrieval service and cached results respect the current permissions.
Specific verification method
If two accounts with different permissions ask the same question, check the source respectively; query again after revoking permissions, the old cache cannot continue to return restricted content; directly request a reference download to verify access restrictions; the session context should not carry the data of the previous identity after account switching.
Permissions run through retrieval, response and reference access, and revoking authorization affects cache and session simultaneously. Only by adopting consistent data rules for each entrance can the Q&A function maintain the same access boundaries as the original business system.
