Search all related files from the closing matter, and check whether the submission can be distinguished from the final result; attachments with the same name retain their respective versions; use a restricted account to directly request downloads and check permissions; after file revision, historical matters still point to the current data, and the original references will not be overwritten without trace.

Archiving preserves the relationship between data and business processes. The time, source and version remain traceable, and follow-up personnel can find the authentic materials of the corresponding link even if they did not participate in the original processing.
