The traceability code is just a query entry, behind which it needs to connect production batches, operations and circulation data. Publicly displayed content should have verifiable sources. Generic introductions cannot be used to fill in missing links, nor can all internal ledgers be directly disclosed.
Link design
Traceability should be related to production batches, key operations, processing or packaging and sales records. First determine which links the company can provide reliable data, and then design the display page. You cannot just print a QR code and think that the traceability is complete.
Batch splitting
Splitting and combining batches will change the relationship between the product and the original batch, and source mapping needs to be preserved. The query should be able to explain which production records are associated with a sales batch and distinguish between information that actually exists and information that has not yet been collected.
Display scope
The external page will only display content that has been confirmed to be public, and internal detailed records are still subject to permission control. Traceability information should identify applicable batches and avoid displaying generic promotional materials that are not relevant to the current product.
Scenario verification
For retrospective display, you can first select an actual confirmable business batch and check the public content and internal sources step by step. When a link is missing, the scope should be stated, and the link should not be filled with an introduction page without corresponding records.
Specific verification method
Scan the traceability code of a business batch and check the display content and internal sources; switch to public access and check that restricted fields do not appear; clarify the scope when there is no data in a certain link; after the batch change, check whether the old code points to the correct record as agreed to avoid being mixed into the new batch.
Connect trusted business records first, and then design public display. Only by tracing back to the scope covered by the page description and continuing to support verification from internal sources can the query results have a real business basis.
