Start from the needs

The system records the basis, course version, confirming personnel and issuance time. The number is unique and can be checked. Name corrections retain the original issuance record and the reason for the correction, and certificate withdrawals provide clear status. The inquiry portal only displays necessary content and does not disclose the complete information of students. Certificate pictures and electronic files are downloaded according to permissions, and seal or signature materials are stored safely, and the original files are not provided to ordinary users.

Things that should be paid attention to in the design

For example, if a certificate states that a certain internal course has been completed, the corresponding course name and conditions should be used, and unfounded expressions such as national certification cannot be added without authorization. When the student’s results are yet to be reviewed, it will be in the pending status. The official version will be generated after the administrator confirms it to avoid mistaken issuance of batch tasks.

Check the processing results item by item

  • Acceptance checks for duplicate names, typos, duplicate generation and list adjustments.
  • Batch preview displays the number of people and abnormal items, and issues them after confirmation; failed records can be retried individually.
  • Old links for revoked certificates display the appropriate status and no longer serve as valid certificates.
  • Certificate statistics distinguish between generation, issuance and withdrawal, and the numbers can explain the actual results, rather than just counting how many files are on the server.

Check the processing results

The validity status of the certificate and the wording changes in the content should be processed separately. Correcting typos should not forge new learning experiences.
