Business event notifications may be delivered repeatedly, or they may arrive collectively after the network is restored. Treating each callback directly as a new business will generate duplicate records; overwriting the status in the order of arrival may also change the new status back to the old status. The system needs to first confirm the source and content of the callback, and then arrange processing based on the event identification and business status. The access method is subject to official documents and actual configuration.
Clear the problem and conditions first
The server verifies the signature and encryption information required by the official, and the certificate is stored safely. After receiving the message, necessary metadata is recorded, business processing is placed in a retryable queue, and all time-consuming actions are not performed in the response link. Establish deduplication rules for notifications with clear event numbers; when there is no appropriate number, design idempotence based on object and event conditions to avoid mistaking different events for repetitions.
Put the rules into the actual process
For example, if the same customer relationship change is notified twice, the business association will only be updated once; the old status that arrives late should not overwrite the new status that has been verified. Key objects can requery the current facts according to the authorization interface, rather than infer only from a delayed event.
Check the processing results item by item
- Joint debugging includes repeated sending, sequence changes, processing failures and voucher rotation.
- The difference between successful reception and business completion is displayed in the background. For failed tasks, the reasons can be viewed and replayed by range.
- The log does not save unnecessary sensitive original text.
- Monitor backlog and failure trends during long-term operation, detect authorization or network changes in a timely manner, and start troubleshooting before there are obvious differences in the customer list.
How to review before and after going online
Replaying historical events should limit the scope and preview the impact, so that the operator knows which business objects will be rechecked. Completed idempotent actions return the original results without generating additional notifications or repeated associations, allowing a verifiable path for failure recovery.
