The output mentioned on site may refer to the quantity completed by processing, or it may refer to the quantity passed through inspection. If different teams each fill in a number, it will be easy to double-count reworked parts when summarizing. MES reporting needs to first explain the business meaning of the quantity, and then decide how to count the Kanban.
How to arrange records and operations
The work report records respectively store the input, completion, qualified, defective and rework quantities, and agree on the flow relationship between processes. Rework is based on the original records and cannot be treated as new input. Partial completion is allowed to be submitted in batches, the system checks the cumulative quantity, and provides an exception handling entrance for over-submissions.
The quantity checklist should be able to explain how much is received in this process, how much is transferred out, how much is left and what is still to be inspected. Whether the defective quantity includes workpieces to be returned must be clearly stated in the statistical description. When the same product undergoes multiple processing, the working hours can be accumulated, but the qualified output cannot be increased according to the number of processing times. Canceling a job report does not mean deleting a row of data; when the original job report has been associated with inspection or reordering, the page needs to list these dependencies and confirm the subsequent processing before completing the correction.
Specific scenarios that need to be checked
For example, if a batch of materials is processed in two shifts, the existing quantity should be displayed when submitted by the second shift. After canceling the work report, the quantity that has been claimed by the downstream needs to be prompted for manual review. The test also covers batch reporting, rework reflow, and repeated clicks to prevent page success prompts from covering up book differences.
