Environmental readings are meaningful along with the device, location and time of collection. After the equipment is moved or replaced, it is necessary to clarify which plot the subsequent readings belong to, and the current location cannot be used to overwrite the past collection background and trend data.
Equipment relationship
Collecting data needs to associate equipment, location, collection time and measurement items. The effective time should be recorded after the equipment is moved, otherwise historical readings may be mistaken as coming from the new location.
Data inspection
Pay attention to missing, duplicate, time anomalies and obviously unreasonable values, and set up queryable processing records. The system can flag data for verification and should not silently fill in unconfirmed readings for the sake of chart continuity.
Use Boundary
Environmental records can be observed and managed by personnel, but specific production processing still needs to be combined with on-site conditions. Kanban boards should indicate units, update times, and equipment status to avoid using expired readings to schedule work.
Scene verification
When the equipment moves from one plot to another, the change in positional relationship should be recorded first, and then the ownership of subsequent readings should be checked. Historical data still corresponds to the original location and cannot be moved as a whole due to changes in the current address of the device.
Specific verification methods
Move the equipment from one plot to another and check the ownership of the old and new readings; check that the original collection time is still retained when uploading is delayed; check the old trend after replacing the equipment to confirm that the original equipment identification and location have not been lost, and the source of abnormal values can also be located.
The effective time of the location relationship record, and the historical query is organized according to the ownership at that time. Equipment maintenance records and sampling records are correlated so that staff can explain data differences caused by changes in monitoring points.
