Instrument supplementary transmission includes collection time and reception time, both of which have their own purposes. The system needs to identify duplicate transmissions of the same sample and explain how missing reads are handled, so that offline intervals cannot look like true zero consumption.

Time information

The collection time and platform reception time may be different, and both should be retained according to the purpose. Replacement data cannot be mistaken for current readings, and statistical intervals cannot rely solely on the order in which they arrive at the server.

Verification rules

Establish inspection rules for units, data range and continuity, and abnormal data enters the process to be verified. The inspection threshold should be derived from equipment and business confirmation, and it is not appropriate to apply a set of general numbers to all measurement points.

Correction records

There must be a traceable process for duplicate data identification, supplementary collection and manual adjustment. Corrected statistics should illustrate the source and avoid hiding the original problem in order to smooth the curve.

Scene verification

You can simulate the instrument to re-transmit data after it goes offline, and check whether the receiving time and the original collection time are saved correctly. After the statistics of the historical interval are updated, it should be able to explain where the added data comes from, rather than invisibly changing the old results.

Specific verification method

After going offline, re-transmit a set of historical samples, check and classify them into the original time interval; send the same data repeatedly to confirm that statistics are not repeated; check that the reception time and the original collection time are kept separately; after the statistics change, the source of the re-transmission can be found, and the missing interval is still clearly marked.

The data reception log helps troubleshoot the link, and the original collection time is used for business statistics. Both types of time and duplicate identification basis are retained at the same time, so that updates of historical results can be clearly explained.
