Uploading a photo of the receipt does not mean that all goods have been delivered normally. The consignee may receive only part of the package, or may indicate damage or shortage. The TMS return process should allow the voucher to correspond to the actual results, and abnormal matters should be subject to subsequent processing instead of being marked as completed.
How to arrange records and operations
Register the quantity received, the quantity rejected and the difference description according to the delivery details, and the attachments are associated with specific delivery tasks. The supplementary attachment will not cover the original document, and the clarity and content will be reviewed if necessary. Only the part of the signee’s information that is required by the business is collected, and viewing and downloading are restricted by role.
The receipt page displays the payable and actual receipt according to the line of goods. Partial rejection will result in subsequent return or redelivery arrangements. The voucher attachment can contain the main reply slip and discrepancy description, but each material is associated with a clear task and submission time. If the picture is not clear, it remains in the status of being replenished. What the customer service staff should see is that the voucher needs to be completed, not that the goods have not been delivered. Delivery facts and voucher review are recorded separately. When the received quantity needs to be corrected, it will prompt that the record has been entered into the settlement, so as to prevent the amount from still using the old quantity after correcting the receipt.
Specific scenarios that need to be checked
For example, if an order is delivered twice, the acceptance check photo and the signing result are related to each other. Test repeated uploads, offline submissions and subsequent corrections. The settlement rules can refer to the confirmation status, but the conditions should not be deemed to be met just based on the existence of the document to avoid entering settlement in advance without reviewing the voucher.
